Fairy Dust

Lately I have been reading Disney Fairy books written by Gail Carson Levine and illustrated by David Christiana.  They are super cute, and the drawings are incredible! So I decided to draw a fairy.

I am also working on making a few characters to make little stories and or poems for.

I present to you, Reginald!  He is in fact, a weasel.  Not just any old weasel, this guy shows proper manners and must arrive exactly on time to his appointments.  While drinking his tea, you will find his pinky facing the sky (or the roof, depending on where you are).  He lives in the forest with a couple other characters.

This lovely character is Red! She is a red fox and loves to play tricks on poor old Reginald.  She is smooth talking and quite manipulative.

This guy I dont think will make it in.  He's pretty fun but it would be hard to draw him in multiple positions.

Any suggestions for the third character?  I want it to be male and either be kinda slow, or have a crazy energy of happiness.

  1. I like these characters. For the life of me I cant think of an interesting suggestion! I can't wait to see what you come up with. The fairy book looks cute.
